This Wing serves as a leaping board for young, aspiring artists in the field of dance and music. Programmes are held in small auditoria or in open air. This is in keeping with Sangam's tradition of promoting young, talented artists who are yet to make it to the centre - stage.

Sangam, in collaboration with the National School of Drama ( New Delhi ) , runs theatre workshops in schools and colleges and enables them to put up their own theatre - shows. This is Sangam's attempt to inculcate interests in dramaturgy amongst students.
